Pixelzz Design (La-La & Co) Shipping Policy

We want to make shipping as smooth as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle orders.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders ship twice a week – usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Domestic Orders (within the U.S.)

  • Delivery Issues: If your order says it’s delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local post office first.

  • Sticker Orders: Stickers are not tracked unless you choose tracked shipping when placing your order.

Return to Sender

  • If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, business closure, or undeliverable address, customers must pay for additional shipping to have it resent.

Shipping Timeframes

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.

  • International Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3-6 weeks.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost, you are responsible for contacting your local post office first.

  • For stolen or lost packages, please file a report with your post office and provide us with proof of the report (you can omit personal details, but your name must be visible).

  • Replacements for stolen or lost packages are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

Incorrect Address

  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order has already been sent, Pixelzz Design (La-La & Co) cannot be held liable. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address during checkout.
